The first business is a crepe and macaron trailer located at the Chicago Premium Outlets. This trailer will offer a wide variety of delicious crepes and macarons for our customers to enjoy. We are thrilled to bring this unique culinary experience to our community and hope you will come by and try our tasty treats.

The second business is a collaborative kitchen located in Montgomery. This kitchen is designed to provide food entrepreneurs with shared equipment and resources to help them prepare their products without having to invest in a full-scale commercial kitchen. We believe that this collaborative kitchen will provide a valuable service to our local food industry and foster innovation and creativity.

Located in Montgomery Il, Atrévete is a purveyor of fine french pastries from the esteemed Chef Jaqueline Mejia.

 

Atrévete Confections' story begins with Chef Mejia's passion for French pastries. From a young age, Chef Mejia was drawn to the elegance and sophistication of French pastry-making. She was fascinated by the precise techniques and attention to detail required to create these delicate and delicious treats.

After studying at one of the best pastry schools in Chicago. Chef Mejia began working with one of the top pastry Chefs in the country, perfecting her skills and experimenting with new flavor combinations. Chef Mejia returned to Illinois with a desire to share her love of French pastries with the world.

In 2017, Chef Mejia decided to open her own pastry shop, Atrévete Confections, in Naperville, IL. She wanted to create a space where he could showcase her skills and creativity, and share her love of French pastries with her customers.

At Atrévete Confections, Chef Mejia uses only the finest ingredients to create her pastries. She combines traditional French techniques with her own unique twists, resulting in pastries that are both classic and innovative. From delicate croissants and buttery brioche to decadent macarons and creamy eclairs, every pastry at Atrévete Confections is a work of art.

In 2018, Atrévete Confections moved to a larger space in Montgomery, IL allowing Chef Mejia to expand her menu and offer even more delicious treats to her customers. Today, Atrévete Confections continues to be a beloved destination for pastry-lovers in the area, with Chef Mejia's passion and creativity at the heart of every pastry she creates.
